"Thirty Minutes to Win It!" is an exciting new group exercise class designed by Darin P. St. George involving exercises based in strength, conditioning, yoga, plyometrics and martial arts.  Don't let all of that scare you, as there are different modalities and levels built into each class so that athletes of all shapes, sizes and experience levels can obtain a great workout in just a short half hour! 

All participants in the "Thirty Minutes to Win It!" program are afforded the same perks that Personal Fitness Coaching teammates receive; 24/7 text messaging and email support, motivational messages throughout the week ("Make sure to go for a walk today after work!  The forecast says SWEAT!") and nutritional reminders as well ("Did you drink enough water today?!?!")

Please make sure to sign up for the class well in advance as the super affordable price for five weeks (10 classes!) is so low that availability will be on a first come first serve basis!  You won't regret it...this class rocks!  Ask ten-year-old Taylor Rose St. George (pictured below)!
